Follow the membership process for junior teams, individual registrations and senior teams.

Choose the registration process that applies to you.

Northern NSW Futsal registrations are managed through Spawtz. Team organisers register the team first, then players or parents join through the team link and complete the annual NNSW Futsal membership process.

Junior teams

Junior Team Registration

1. Register the team

The Junior Team organiser registers the team through Spawtz and adds the team to the appropriate league.

2. Add your child or children

The organiser can add their child or children before proceeding. Once a child is added and the organiser clicks Join, the membership payment must be completed.

If no child is added, the team organiser can proceed into the team without paying a membership fee at that point.

3. Share the team link

After the team is created, the organiser shares the team link from their profile page. Other parents use that link to add their child or children and complete the same membership process.

4. Weekly league fee policy

Team organisers will also be alerted to the weekly league fee payment policy as part of the registration process.

Individual players

Individual Registration Membership Process

1. Create a profile

For a child who is not already connected to a team, the parent begins the individual registration process by creating a profile.

2. Add your child

Add the child to the profile and complete the NNSW Futsal membership payment.

Membership fee: The fee is a NNSW Membership fee, not a league fee. The software provider adds a $1.10 administration fee at checkout.

Senior teams

Senior Team Registration

1. Register the team

The team organiser registers the team through Spawtz and adds it to the appropriate league.

2. Complete the organiser membership

Once the team has been added, the organiser selects Register now and completes their membership payment. The weekly league fee payment policy is also shown during this process.

3. Invite teammates

The team organiser then shares the team link with teammates so they can join the team and purchase their annual membership.

Membership fee: The fee is a NNSW Membership fee, not a league fee. A $1.10 software-provider administration fee applies at checkout.
