NNSW Futsal Refund Policy
Futsal Rep Programs and Futsal Clubs Community programs
NNSW Futsal and its member clubs have adopted the following refund policy:
Players Registration:

Should a player choose to leave the club after registering with NNSW FUTSAL, a registration fee will be refunded, less a $30.00 administration fee.
​
Should a player play one game and then choose to leave the club, no refund of the registration fee will be provided.
​
No refund of the registration fee will be provided after three rounds (regardless of whether the player plays or not).
​
Added note: The above policy will stand with the Active Kids Program. If your child leaves the club and moves to another club or another sport, you cannot claim your rebate for a second time. These are the rules of the State Government.

Players / Team game fees. Community Competitions:
​
Should a team forfeit a game, the game will be paid for in full unless at least three days notice is given before the event.
The other team playing in the forfeit match will receive the 3 pts, and a game will be tried to be arranged with another team. In the event no team is available, the team may have a kickaround. In any event, the game fee will still be taken.

Players Fees / Representative programs:
​
Players are to pay monies by the due date, or they will lose their spot on the team.
​
Players who pull out from a Super League competition will not be refunded.
​
Players who pull out of a National State team will be refunded if a replacement is acquired and notice is given before final payment. (usually a month before the tournament)
​
Players who pull out after full payment is received will not be refunded.
