Provide coverage of young people's and adult competitive football sport events.

Learn the differences between adult, professional and modified young people's Futsal sporting events.

​

Do not highlight isolated incidents of inappropriate sporting behaviour.

​

Focus on fair play and honest efforts by all players.

​

Do not place unfair expectations on young players – they are not miniature professionals.

​

Describe and report the problems of young persons participating in organized sports.

​

Focus on the abilities, not the disabilities, of players, particularly young players.

​

Avoid reinforcing stereotypical views on the involvement of males and females in Futsal.

​

Give equal time and space to reporting male and female Futsal events.

​

Familiarise yourself with the National AFA Futsal sport policy.

​

Respect the rights, dignity and worth of all participants, regardless of their gender, ability, cultural background or religion.
